14-day refund window
Modulr products are digital goods delivered immediately on purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a refund within 14 days of your order date. This is the shortest window our payment provider permits and reflects the digital nature of what you are buying.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the receipt you received by email to locate your order, or contact us directly and we will help you arrange the refund.
After the 14-day window
After 14 days, change-of-mind refunds are no longer available. If you experience a genuine technical issue with a product, please still reach out — we will do our best to help and consider refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days.
